  • QUOTE
 We will give you the lowdown on our program, including product descriptions, upgrades, and pricing. Once you've picked out the products and volumes you want, we'll give you a formal quote.
  • FIT KIT
 You can request a fit kit to determine which product and size suit you. You'll get to use the samples for fifteen (15) days, and we'll need a credit card for security. Ensure you return the fit kit samples on time and in their original condition, okay?
  • ARTWORK
 We'll give you the specific design templates to start the artwork process. Just submit your artwork in Adobe Illustrator using our design templates. Ensure to include the completed design, sponsor logo placement, fonts converted to outline format, design layers, and Pantone colors.
  • SUBMIT ORDER
When you're ready to submit your final order, let us know the quantity per style and size, zipper color, chamois type, Pantone colors, bib short/short colors, Super Roubaix® colors (if applicable), and stitching colors (if applicable).
  • ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will contact you to confirm we've received your design and give you an order confirmation number and an estimated ship window from Italy. Once your order is approved, we'll need a 50% non-refundable deposit to start production.
  •  DESIGN APPROVAL
We will email you a digital color layout of your design 3-4 weeks before your scheduled ship date. Let us know if you need any changes to your design at that time.
  • ORDER RECEIPT
We'll receive, inspect, and inventory your order at our warehouse in California.
  • SHIPPING & FINAL PAYMENT
We'll contact you to confirm your shipping address and give you your final order balance. We usually ship orders via  Ground, but we can use third-party billing. Provided. Your order balance is due in full upon shipment.
